Returns & Exchanges

At Pacers Running, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if your shoes or apparel aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with tags attached to qualify for a full refund to your original payment method.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

• 2.
  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to select the items you are returning and print your prepaid USPS shipping label.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your items in their original packaging, attach the shipping label, and drop the package off at any authorized mail carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned gear, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
